Stay consistent with this practice, for at least 90 days, to witness a remarkable shift in how you perceive and articulate your image.

There's something about putting pen to paper. In this instance, journaling can help track your mindset shifts alongside your skincare regimen. With each entry, note any changes in your skin's health and overall appearance.
